These Terms govern use of LifeVector outside mainland China for our current App Store storefronts. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney and do not create mainland China compliance obligations. Related: Privacy Policy · AI Disclosure.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using LifeVector ("the app", "service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
LifeVector is provided by an individual independent developer (a natural person operating under the LifeVector / HumanPlan brand — not a company, corporation, or other registered legal entity) ("we", "us", "our"). Contact for support and legal notices: support@lifevector.net.
LifeVector is intended for users outside mainland China. Current App Store storefronts (v1) are: the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, and South Africa. We do not currently distribute on EU or United Kingdom storefronts, and we do not operate the app for public use in mainland China. We may add or remove storefronts over time.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LifeVector on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms / App Store terms applicable to you (the "Usage Rules").
You may not: copy or redistribute the app except as allowed by Apple; rent, lease, or sublicense the app; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law; or use the app to build a competing service by systematically scraping outputs.
Free users may be subject to limits (for example number of active goals or daily AI requests). We may modify features, quotas, model routing, or Pro entitlements with reasonable notice where material, provided we do not eliminate core paid entitlements for an already-paid subscription period without a remedy required by law or Apple policy.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or risk to the service or other users.
LifeVector includes AI-generated coaching, planning, and review features. AI content is provided "as is". It may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, bias, or outdated information.
See the AI Disclosure for providers, limitations, and controls. We do not use your personal content to train our own foundation models. To the extent permitted by law, you own the output generated for you based on your inputs, subject to the model providers’ terms and these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you create in the app (goals, tasks, notes, chat inputs, avatars, focus session notes, etc.). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service (including server profile sync and AI proxy processing).
You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to submit it. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used by us without obligation to you.
The app, branding, UI, original text, and software (excluding your content and third-party components) are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party models, Apple frameworks, and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
The app depends on third parties such as Apple, Firebase Authentication, cloud hosting, and AI providers. Their outages, policy changes, or errors may affect LifeVector. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except as required by mandatory law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR YOUR PURPOSE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those places, the above exclusions apply only to the fullest extent permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer guarantees (including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US THROUGH THE APP FOR THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the app, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or remain inactive for an extended period. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute terms) will survive termination.
Account deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions; cancel those in Apple ID settings. Details on what deletion removes are in the Privacy Policy.
Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the individual developer habitually resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Because LifeVector is not operated by a company, there is no separate corporate place of incorporation. For notices and disputes, contact support@lifevector.net.
If you are a consumer in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao, South Africa, or another region with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable rights — including, where applicable, guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Local courts or authorities with mandatory jurisdiction may hear disputes as required by law.
Please contact support@lifevector.net first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action, class-wide arbitration, or other representative proceeding. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights. If a class-action waiver is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, that portion is severed and the remainder of these Terms continues.
We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete your account.
